Co-Ownership Details:
You will pay me $1,500 for the pup, which is ½ the normal Price for a Gunslinger Mastiff Puppy
Gunslinger Mastiffs/Matthew Raudenbush reserves the right to pick of the litter as partial form of payment for all litters. This will need to be understood upfront with all Stud Dog Owners
Girl would live with you or a family nearby that you place her with. I would need to approve the family.
·You would be responsible for all non-breeding vet care, and all other routine care; e.g., food, treats, collars, leashes, ect
·We would split all breeding vet care, as well as cost of shows and professional handlers, and all health testing for breeding
·Gunslinger’s kennel name will be the lead name on all registerd litters from this puppy.
·Gunslinger Mastiffs/Matthew Raudenbush will ultimately pick her registered name, along with your input
·Gunslinger Mastiffs/Matthew Raudenbush will have final say on all stud dogs for the girl
·Matthew Raudenbush will be the lead on the AKC papers, but you will also be listed as co-owner.
·Each breeding will be done in accordance with the MCOA Code of Ethics, not to exceed 3 breedings in the female’s life unless allowed by the MCOA Code of Ethics

let us know if you are interested in a co-ownership opportunity.
We have several inquiries already, but want to make the best decision
for all involved.
